At our Annual Meeting on September 15, 2026, Charlie Neer of WRT presented the initial findings of our study on the Urban-Rural Demarcation Line (URDL). WRT, the successor to the firm that completed The Plan for the Valleys in the early 1960s, worked with Urban3 to look at the effects of the URDL on Baltimore County nearly 60 years after the County first implemented it as a growth boundary.
