The VPC was saddened to hear of the passing of long-time Board Member Joan Hoblitzell on October 28, 2016. Joan served on the VPC board for nearly 20 years. Her enthusiasm towards the valleys was contagious. Joan will be missed by all. The link to her obituary is below:
