Join VPC for our Annual Members’ Meeting on September 17 at St. Thomas’ Church Parish Hall, 232 St. Thomas Lane, Owings Mills. We’ll start at 6:00 pm with a meet and greet. At 6:30 we’ll have a short business meeting and present information about VPC’s activities during the last year. Then we’ll hear from guest speaker Joshua Tabora, wildlife biologist with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources’ Wildlife Service; Joshua will talk about beavers: agents of chaos or drivers of diversity?
