Maryland’s Public Service Commission (PSC) will be considering PSEG’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) in 2025. To keep abreast of activities related to the application, including scheduled hearings and filings, please consider subscribing to receive updates from the PSC. It’s free and doesn’t commit you to taking a position.
Go to the PSC website and click on “Receive Email Updates & News” about halfway down on the left side of the page. Enter your email address and click “Subscribe”.
You should get a verification code sent to the email address you entered. Enter the code and click “Submit”.
You’ll be taken to a page that say “Choose your Lists”. In the first box (“Track Case”), enter 9773 and then click “Add”. 9773 is the case number for the MPRP.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Update Subscriptions”. You should start receiving email updates from the PSC.
